Roundtrip international airfare and ground transport in home country.
Please coordinate flight details with faculty leaders before making reservations in late 2025.

Passport: Passport must be valid until 04 Dec. 2026 and must have 3-4 blank pages.

E-visa: In spring 2025, we will review the process to apply for a tourist visa to enter India

International Travel Protection: If you wish to cover travel and baggage related losses, please consider purchasing international travel protection, separately. 

Travel vaccines and medicines: Typhoid, Cholera, Hepatitis A, Covid-19 booster, flu booster, tetanus, Malarone (anti-malaria pills); prescription antibiotic course for traveler’s diarrhea. If over 60 years of age: also recommend RSV, and Shingrix.

Shopping & Personal Expenses: Including extra excursions and stays outside of the tour itinerary, laundry, use of any hotel amenities (room service, use of mini-bar in the room, business center, spa, bar, bellhops, hotel phones, etc.), wireless where it is not free, cellphone and roaming charges. We recommend downloading and using Whatsapp for free wireless calls.
